B. Transcription should be completed at a speed of 80 words per minute in English and 50 words per minute in Bengali.
c. Transcription should be completed at a speed of 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Bengali.
d. Transcript and computer training course certificate obtained from a government approved institution.
02. Post Name : Cashier-cum-Computer Operator

Pay Scale: 10200-24680/-
Educational Qualification:
a. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum Second Class or CGPA from a recognized university,
b. Transcription should be completed at a speed of 70 words per minute in English and 45 words per minute in Bengali.
c. Type of Computer: 30 words per minute in English and 25 words per minute in Bengali.
d. Transcript and certificate of computer training course from a government approved institution.
03. Name of the post: Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist

Pay scale: 9300-22490/-
Educational qualification:
a. Passed HSC or equivalent examination from a recognized board,
b. Computer type in English at a speed of 30 o per minute
c. Computer type in English at a speed of 30 words per minute and Bengali at a speed of 25 words per minute: and

Deputy Commissioner’s Office Job Circular 2024 Trams Conditions
Conditions-
1. All applicable rules and regulations as per law will be followed in the recruitment process.
2. The application form mentioned in serial number 3 to the address ‘Chairman, Recruitment Selection Committee and Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thakurgaon’ should be sent by post or directly to the designated box by 5.00 PM on 20/11/2024. Incomplete, defective and late applications will be considered as complete rejection. Job seekers should apply through the appropriate authority.
3. The candidate should fill in the information in the form prescribed by the Ministry of Public Administration and sign the application form in his own hand. The form should be downloaded from the website www.forms.gov.bd.job.
4. Attach the documents attached with the application.
a. Original copy of citizenship certificate issued by the Mayor of the concerned Municipality/Mayor of the City Corporation/Chairman of the Union Council b) Attested photocopies of all certificates of educational qualification and experience and training in computer/transcription as applicable by a Gazetted Officer of the First Class (a) Attested photocopies of 03 (three) newly taken colour passport size copies (5X5 cm) (e) Attested photocopies of National Identity Card and Birth Certificate (e) Attested photocopies of certificates or certificates issued by the competent authority for Freedom Fighters and Minorities, Physically Handicapped and Freedom Fighters quota and Attested photocopies of original Freedom Fighter certificates in case of Freedom Fighters quota and Minorities candidates. Quota in favour of their respective quota for candidates applying for third gender and (v) Character Certificate.
5. The age limit of general candidates should be between 18 to 30 years as on 01/11/2024 and the age limit of freedom fighter and disabled quota candidates should be between 18 to 32 years. Age affidavit will not be accepted.
6. Examination fee 150/- (one hundred and fifty) for posts No. 1 and 2 and 100/- (one hundred) for posts No. 3-5 through Treasury Challan to Sonali Bank Limited under code number 1-2104-0210-5135-1422326. Original copy of the challan should be submitted along with the application form.
7. For communication purposes, 02 (two) 9.5×4.5 inch size return envelopes with unused postal stamps.
8. The name of the post along with the quota (if any) should be mentioned on the envelope.
9. The date of the written test will be communicated to the candidates eligible for the preliminary selection by post to their current address (envelope address attached with the application form).
10. Candidates will have to produce all educational qualification certificates and original experience certificates at the time of oral examination.
11. The prevailing recruitment rules/quota related rules/orders of the Government and the Supreme Court of Bangladesh will be followed properly.
12. The decision of the authorities in any matter related to recruitment including suspension/cancellation/reduction or increase of the number of posts in this recruitment notice is final.
13. Any kind of recommendation or lobbying will be considered as disqualification of the candidate.
